Muscle recovery tips?

I really hope the fitness side of swell can help me out here. I need a muscle recovery routine because I had a soccer game yesterday. It was the first one of our spring season and I am sold sore. Jeez, it's like my whole body is sore. I'm used to my legs being sore after like a game or practice, but my back is sore. My arms are a little sore

Any advice is much appreciated!

But I'll do some yoga positions and stretches and focus on deep breathing. And normally that will open up areas of my body that I didn't even know were sore and then help fix the soreness there. So, yeah, I hope that helps. Also, if you decide to do yoga, look into, like, body flow types of workouts. They have them on like the Nike training app. And you can also just look up like super beginner, like yoga. And that should normally help
