How do you find time to exercise and what do you do?

I feel like I'm always in class or doing homework or if I'm not doing that, then I just want to lay in bed or sit on the couch and just take a second or have some fun with friends. I feel like that's another piece of work to just add on to the equations. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for busy people or people on the go to get some exercise in their everyday life

Hey, Krisa, I totally feel you because I sometimes just get super stressed out because I have so many things going on with, like school, homework or work. And I don't really have time to be working out. But I do try to wake up earlier in the morning so that I I can get a workout done because I know that if I wait for the rest later in the day, I'm probably not going to do it

And I think it just comes down to one finding something you like to do then to try to figure out how many days you can do it. If you can do it for one day, one day is better than zero. And if you can do one day for a couple of weeks, then maybe add onto of days and after that add on three, you just got to find something you like and that you'll be able to stick with to start with and go from there

I personally lift weights, but I also start on the treadmill, get my blood flowing four as a little warm up, and then I spend about 40 minutes lifting weights and I usually skip leg day, which isn't good, but I should probably get on that
