I Don’t Need Your Validation….
I didn't need someone else to come along and tell me, hey, this is amazing. What mattered is that I thought that what I was doing was amazing, and I continued to do that. And let's be honest, right? It can be really hard when you're an artist and there is no one who appreciates your creative works, right?
And as you said, especially when you're a writer, when you're an artist, and all validation will actually help you to stay motivated and to continue to work towards excellence. But I do agree with your last statement. It's not like you can't be like, I don't need someone's validation at all. Or you can't say, I'm completely dependent on others validation
And it would be lying to myself if I just said that I dont need validation at all. So it was really nice for someone to weigh in and talk about this specific thing and for sharing your thoughts. I really appreciate it. Gauri
