Poem : Thriving vs Surviving
And today I thought I would do a poetry reading. I've just been writing a lot of poetry, and what is poetry if I don't get to share it with people who also love to listen to poetry. So today I'll be reading a poem called thriving versus surviving. So it's actually a very philosophical poem. So I'll go ahead and read it and then talk about it a bit after. Hi candy. It's such a meaningful poem, so beautifully expressed. I love the structure of your poem where comparison brings out the delineation between thriving and surviving so dramatically. The thriving opens up for me with thoughts of vibrancy, an expansive ambience, expanding new energy, new beginnings and looking at every possible events as a learning opportunity and opening out access to the bounty within our universe which is within ourselves
