First of all, the courage. The journey of courage begins with the very fact that you accept your shortcomings and weaknesses and work upon them. That requires a lot of courage. To accept constructive criticism requires a lot of courage. To be able to observe and realize what doesn't serve you well, the people or the circumstances.
