HerCampus: My Experience and how to get started on your campus!

article image placeholderUploaded by @Cait.Jensen
They have expanded not only from Her Campus Media, which is like a blogging website where you can talk about a bunch of different things that you would like. But they have other accounts called Food University, College Fashionista Influencer Collective, Generation Hired. So if you are a College student and you're interested in influencing or you're interested in foodie stuff, they have something kind of for everyone. And by any means, it's not exclusive just to women. Anyone can join. Anyone can start a chapter

Hey, Caitlin. This sounds so cool. I had no idea, like this was a thing at all, but I'm Super interested. I don't know if I'm even able to do it, though. I am my senior at Chico State, so I looked it up on the website. I went directly to the website, the HerCampus.com, and I didn't see anything about Chico

Hey, Kate, I meant to respond to this yesterday, but I think this is super interesting. And I'm also on the same boat as Alyssa. I go to Chico State, and I looked up on her campus website and saw that Chico State doesn't have a chapter. So I'd be interested in how you can start a chapter

Okay. So I don't really know if there's too much you can do as a senior, being as it's spring semester and you're probably going to graduate in May. So it might be a little harder. But I do have an internship, and they're always constantly looking for interns for every semester. So I'm sure you could possibly fit in an internship over the summer or maybe even the fall possibly

Okay. Hi. So I also heard that you go to Chico State, and I did look through the databases, and it does not say that there is one at Chico State. So basically the quickest way to start is that you or someone you would know would have to apply to the the campus correspondent, which is basically my role when I was at Sesu. So you're basically the campus correspondent, as I said, like a President, and you kind of oversee a bunch of different positions within
