Gratefullness Reminder (5 things you were greatful for today!)

I feel that it helps when you write it down, but from every day you write down five things that you are grateful for. And this can be anything. It could be the fact that you had a car to drive, the fact that you ate well that day, the fact that you went to the gym or something like that is so minuscule, or the fact that you did your homework. It doesn't matter what it is. You write down five things that you are grateful for

And I had help cleaning my car today, so I'm very greatful for today person that helped me clean my car as well as just getting that done. I'm grateful for my dog being so obedient and what not. We want to take her for a walk and we actually found this dog we had seen earlier while washing my car. He got like out of his home and he was lost and we're just trying to find the owner
