This is exactly what a startup needs to do in order to succeed. Startup are obsessed with growth and rightly, so startups have to figure out the right combination of product to market fit that will result in growth and growth. Hacking is a flourishing field with many great books and famous practitioners, and it's a topic on which we will probably have separate discussions later on this telecast. However, the prerequisite to having growth as a startup is having a growth mindset as an organization

There is no successful entrepreneur that I've met who has not failed miserably at some point in some way, who has not grown substantially through attempting to chase a particular goal or a particular objective. So in that sense, the fixed, rigid mindset is just a recipe for disaster, and it's going to be very expensive
