And also, if you don't have anyone that's like a partner or somebody that you can trust about your goal and to keep you on the up and up, you can do it for yourself. Just have a reminder of just being like, hey, so what is there for me to do with this set goal? Do I hold off on it till a little bit later, or am I just going to go for it?

So what I always tell my clients is, listen, sitting down, laying down, being in a state of stagnancy or feeling down, it's just not going to get you to go for that goal. So get up, do some deep breathing techniques, do some tapping, do some movement, play your favorite song, and dance little, and you will see how immediately that movement, that physiology, that action is going to stir you up. So that's my two cent
