We hear a lot about intent and manifestation. How many of us really try it and how many work? I was just thinking about how I intended to do do a few things in my life. But this is just for my life. I did not think about it from my parents perspective or any other relative perspective. Some it could be their husbands or their kids. For me, it was my parents

Kate, your reply and your link just enhanced my throat. And I do agree. I probably was a nostalgia writer. And yes, I am on my part to be of Flow Rider, which was part of my manifestation, right. Thank you so much for your beautiful message this morning. Kate. It did make my morning a little sad, but beautiful. This is turning out to be more like a pen pal thing of the past. I love the wording you said about giving voice to your experiences. I think I'm going to start using that when I speak to myself and the people around me. Yes, practice makes practice. And so true with yoga because you cannot ever perfect. It's a daily practice
