But at the end of the day, I'm learning that holding stuff in isn't good for my health and not standing up for myself is not good for my health either. You're probably so young and don't eat. Never heard of it. But new surroundings, new people, new experiences, especially when you've made major changes in your life, you can't carry the baggage of others into the new. You need to keep it new, fresh, and you need to continue to keep elevating. And I've even gotten into arguments with people, like when I went to March for the past week, and I'm trying to sightsee because I'm the driver and stuff like that. Point in this stuff and have nobody had a phone, we'd be able to sightsee and we'll look, but nobody wants to do that. He said they get upset because they want to be in their phones and stuff like that. Thanks for responding

And first you can do you can talk to them about this. And if you're not getting any clarity, like you're not getting any equal give and take, then you need to leave them alone. You can love them from a distance and just leave them alone and find friends that are going to give you the same amount of energy you put in them. That's all I got to say about that. Instead of being in captivity so far, we're being held captive by this technological advancement, or however you want to put it. But don't worry. No worries about it. Everything's good. I'm just finding a way to process in life. Life is deaf and then just remembering the people that I love and trying to live a better life while I'm here, because we all have a day. Just trying to make the best of it
