What I've noticed is that when I was going through, like I would say, the the storm, the roughest part of going through my journey thus far this year, I found myself when I was alone, having a lot of I would say arguments or due to speculation where I would be arguing, saying the things that if I was really confrontational, saying things that I would say to the person that I was upset or that I had this assumption about, or that where I created a whole scenario in my head that didn't exist

It. That's absolutely true. Because for me, I have I've been through psycho couple of times. But your self care and your fan, these are number one. If you don't have those studies, it's impossible to have anything else studied. And you're 100% right. You don't necessarily have to be a doctor or a therapist. It could just be a mental health counselor. But yeah, someone could just keep you really on track
