I didn't know that either of them acted, so that's been a lovely surprise. There are moments that feel a little cheesy to me for sure, but are bearable. And I think the pleasure I get out of watching these kind of shows is really like the costume and set design and really bringing to life that's period of time. I'm always astounded by it. So I'm curious if you've seen this or Yellowstone and if you have any other Western recommendations. For me

Hey, thanks for the recommendation. I haven't seen this and been looking for something a little bit different than my crime scene forensic files kind of shows. They wanted watching a lot of either true crime or judge or court case shows. And I think that this is a good step out into a different platform. So appreciate your insight

I definitely recommend checking it out. I started watching Yellowstone, which is actually a series that's tied to 1883, that came out before 1883. Even though 1883, it takes place like 100 years before where we pick up with characters from this family in Yellowstone, which is really interesting. I would say so far I prefer 1883 just because I love the historical element. That Yellowstone is very intriguing as well. And I also just have to ask because you mentioned that you love true crime stuff
