The Suburbs Are Stunned: An essay about mass shootings & white supremacy

So in some ways the campus makes sense then, I think, but mostly an open high school campus in Western Pennsylvania, with its harsh winters, even harsher before the last several decades of global warming, now seems like a practice in teenage torture. My mother and father went to Bethel Park Senior High School, but they were four years apart

They want to end America, all this kind of stuff. We're not even speaking honestly about what's going on. And so unfortunately, we find ourselves here. And I like you would hope that one day this year is looked back upon as a time of madness, you know, but I don't see the light at the end of the tunnel any time soon

I don't want to live in a country where this becomes the status quo, and my fear is that we are currently so traumatized as a country that we don't know how to move forward, and it's going to take some real courage and real leadership and public support for any real change to take place

And it's got to stop. On every level. Racism in general has to be done with already. It's just gone on far too long, but not to get political, but yeah, that's just an inferiority. And it stems from fear and hatred. But the accessibility of things is just ridiculous. Now, like people can go in and purchase a gun anywhere without any mental evaluation

You have to interact with somebody else, whoever that somebody else may be. So when you're in the sea of humanity constantly, I think it just serves us better from a mental health perspective than the isolation and the paranoia that can come about in that isolation in the life that we sometimes live in the US, especially with the advent of things like television and digital media. One does not see the need for physical human contact as much. I think that leads to a deterioration of the brain

Very nice to listen that being Caucasian, you dare to oppose White Supermac

Now I always try in my life not to harm anybody, not to even hurt anybody's hurt. So I always try my best. And I always spread this kind of awareness to other people also. So only one thing what we can do is to spread the awareness. And this is the weapon by what we can fight these kind of evils, like discrimination and all other antihuman rights things. So thank you. I'm very much happy to listen to you and God bless

So it felt really lovely to connect with you today, and it brought a smile to my face to be reminded that there's so many people out there who are thinking about and believe in change. So thanks a lot. And we'll keep talking
