And I would say the biggest thing I've learned from it so far is that we can go further, faster, farther. All the things when we are kind to ourselves throughout the process and that is something I'm coming back to you again and again. And today definitely was an example of that. I was two runs behind where I wanted to be today because of things I had going on outside of my running practice and other things that had to take priority

And I haven't ran or been to the gym in more than a year, and I ran ten minutes without stopping. And that sounds like nothing, right? Because you're in an hour. But to me, I was like, wow, I could do this. And so the point of my response to what you're saying is, to anybody that's listening is once you complete your first milestone, whatever that is, you can always refer to that. You know, you can do more

And I've been trying my best to do some type of workout almost every day or at least a couple of times a week since the new year. And I think I've been pretty good at it. Congrats on the six and a half miles and the time. It looks like your pace is doing really well. So looking forward to hearing what's next on your running journey

And I think also training with two friends and having a bit of that social support where we text each other if we're having a rough day or if we're not feeling like running or if we just had a run that made us really question ourselves has also been so useful and it has been really encouraging to me to share this part of my story and hear from others and hear the encouragement from you

Thank you so much, Jared. I loved hearing how you're trying to make time every day for movement because I do know how challenging it can be to keep up with it and get into it in a way where it feels like a habit. And it really is amazing

Like the fact that you said November, which is not that far ago, that making ten minutes was your journey, and then now you've done a whole marathon. So that is super encouraging to me. So thank you for saying that. Just reminding me to remind myself that we're all simultaneously reminding each other that the journey is the journey sometimes. Right. I think that is the case
