Leaders must make tough decisions even when they are unpopular and deal with emotional toll and doubts that come with running a company. This doubts tends to happen pretty much on a daily basis. So this is the book recommendation. I highly, highly recommend this book. It has helped calm me down and made me realize that I can actually become a better leader for my school.
