How Sadness Transforms Us | Revisiting Letters to a Young Poet
So this article that's about sadness in particular really impacted me this morning because I think so many of us have come into a kind of contact with sadness and loneliness that's either deeper or different or inescapable because of the circumstances of this past year with the Pandemic. So I'm just going to read this quote because I think Rowan says it best. He writes, you have had many and great sadnesses which passed, and you say that even this passing was hard for you and put you out of sorts

I'm going to pick up this book in the next I don't know, five to seven days and I'm going to pull out some words also and thoughts and make this a rich flow because he deserves a long swell. This book incredible. Okay. Thanks

That's definitely normal, but at the same time, we do not have to be bitter people. As a result, we could be more smarter and more empowered after our sadness, and we could take more notice of the beautiful things that are in our life. Instead of focusing on the bad. That's how I saw it
