But for the little people like me, even one listen on one episode means the world to me. I'm just like someone listened to my podcast. Someone listened to my episode ever so often I'd wake up and there would be this climb of like, 100 listens. And I'd be like, how did I get to 100 listens overnight? And nine out of ten times it would be a binge listener who just started

Hey, I am brand new to Swell. So first, Congratulations on 100 huge accomplishment and definitely keep celebrating that and definitely set your yourself a new milestone. If you haven't already. My question to you is Tell me more since I'm brand new to Swell. Tell me more, how did it help you more specifically, gain new listeners? What are you doing on Swell? What's attracting people? That sort of thing, how you've noticed that swell is a big part of your success

Hey, I have a podcast, but more than promoting the podcast and shoving it down people's throat, I promote what I stand for. I promote the books, I promote the reading habit, and then when someone interacts with me about it, then I say, hey, I have a podcast. That's the way I approach Swell and that it has helped me. So that's kind of what I have to say. I hope it helps if you have any other questions hollow my way

What you did is you said instead of going to check out my podcast, I'm highlighting one particular podcast. And we talked about the fact that when people quote, check out a podcast, they seem to do it literally. You start with episode one and you go on. And I think you even remarked, you're just like, I look back on episode one. And I'm just like, man, I didn't even know what the heck I was doing

Hi Shenz, How's it going? I found this really interesting. I love Swell and you know, I use it for my fitness business to put out tips and to really Karan a challenge last year as well. I'm going to be doing enough run this year and all this month. And I also have a podcast and I use that really to. I think that most of my listeners are from my newsletter and my clients and stuff. They seem to like it and I use anchor as well

It might be the same message that someone else is saying, but they may be like your presentation of it. Right. And so you need to be everywhere so people can find you. So it's like, okay. So you have your podcast so you can take your podcast. It's a way of, I guess, promoting yourself and by sharing the information and the message. So you bring that podcast to Swell and yourself

Hey, Shanahs, Congratulations. This serves as a real Ray of hope for me personally, because I've always wanted to set up my own podcast, and I came on to swell with that intention initially. And you know, I was was always curious and kind of skeptical about whether people would actually be interested in this format. But this is great news for podcasters everywhere, I think. And here's to the bookish podcast getting bigger and bigger over time

They still wanted to do either online training if they couldn't see me. I'd write their programs up or all sorts of things and I felt like a duty almost to put out my newsletter and write to them and do all sorts of things just to help keep them sane or keep them motivated or help them in some way. And so I have got a bit more regular with it

Okay, they do give me six free audiobooks every month. Actually, they give all the influencers six free audiobooks. It's not like I get to pick what audiobooks. They pick a few Arcs and a few good books, so we get that. But I just wanted to put it out that I am an influencer, but I do use their app, and it's my number one audiobook app right now. The other caveat, I will say, is I've never used Audible
