His debut book, Bricksement.com, shows the readers the ebb and flow moments of the author's entrepreneurial journey, the things that change course for him, and his experiences gained from working in multiple and strikingly different industries of technology, media and real estate. Hello sir, and welcome to my swellcast. To begin with, you are a multisated personality, an aspiring filmmaker, author, entrepreneur. How does one balance out every role? How do you do it?

You. Hey guys, thank you very much for inviting me for this chat and I'm really excited about it. And thanks for a great introduction for your first curio about balancing roles. Guess for me, when you're enjoying what you're doing, you can do more than you think you can when you're actually enjoying it. So in all my roles, from the one I do it for my money, making money basically, or to make impact, I enjoy the process

That is so wonderfully put. I'm currently reading the light we carry by Michelle Obama, and throughout the narrative, what she says is that no matter what happens, just show up. And that's exactly what you mentioned here as well. So moving on to my next question, everyone these days wants to be an entrepreneur. How does one know that we have it in us to become a successful entrepreneur?

Now, most of the people that I come across who jump into entrepreneurship, they want to basically do it because they think if this person has done that I know, and he's become successful, then even I can become that successful. But it doesn't work that way. Because even after giving it all, you have to be prepared that you might not see success or you might see it after a very long time

That's so true. So everyone's journey is different and their success recipe is different. Has to be different. So what are the challenges an aspiring entrepreneur will have to face while embarking on this journey?

You have to pay the electricity bills on time, you have to pay the tax on time, you have to make sure the vendor payments are taken care of, and so on and so forth. So knowing that truth, that this is not a hunky dory journey that you have set out on, is the one challenge that you would have to face and overcome. And you need to believe that it is your show and you're responsible to run it

But it didn't work at that time because maybe I didn't have that much of a business sense. So I got into my MBA and then I got into digital marketing at that time with read of the early days of digital marketing and I got into sales because I thought I'm good at creative, I don't know how to sell. So I got into sales and started selling digital marketing and digital ads

Talking about your book, bricksement.com. It speaks about entrepreneurship, but it also tells one how to be a successful employee. What does one get to read in the book? What can a reader take away from the book?

You, I guess for me, the journey has been very interesting because of the stuff that I said that I started out as an employee and then got into becoming an entrepreneur, which was by default because I started off my journey initially as an entrepreneur back when I was 20 years old. So it's been a full cycle. But when my phase when I was working in these brilliant companies. But the great takeaway that I've had is basically that one

Being an entrepreneur isn't an easy journey. That's established fact. So I'd like to know, what bad patches in life have you gone through? What have they taught you and how did you come out of it?

So a lot of times they say, right, overthinking is bad and thinking that everything might not work is bad. But for me, my take is that being an entrepreneur, you need to be prepared for the worse. And overthinking just helps you, being prepared. So somewhere to take that kind of an approach when you're building a business. And it's helped me, and it has actually helped me steer through these tough, difficult, bad patches by using my thought process

So, coming to my last question for this session, I've seen your Instagram account and a lot of fears that are motivational but speak harsh reality, too. So before we sign out, I'd like to know, what is that one, advice you would give an individual facing dire circumstances in life, and two, what is that one advice you got and which worked magic for you and has reinstated

Many people have come up and told me that I didn't get this. I had to actually rewatch it to understand and understand the underlying meaning. So that is the kind of stuff that I do
