The more I think about all this, the more I miss the chance to just roll with it. It. 03:00 a.m. Wisdom hits different. What say, Penny for your thoughts?

You. Adult life is truly a huge improv. But the irony of the situation is that we try our hardest to be in control. While we cannot control anything, can we? I think the moment we realize that we are not in control and we can only we try what we can, I think life would become simpler. Adulting would become bearable. So yeah, in my three amusings, well, I had to stop remaining up till 03:00 a.m
HI BOho Bates I do feel most of the time we have a certain plan and we always try to follow it. And the moment we are unable to follow it, we feel like we are not going in the right way and we forget to embrace spontaneity. And I feel embracing spontaneity is something really important, and I am very

You. I think the 03:00 a.m. Musings are the best. Maybe because it is the Brahma Mahurat. I have always come up with the best dialogues and the best scenes for my books during this time period. You know. So there is something special about it. Definitely. And thank you for sharing this and have a lovely day. Bye
And I'm like, I need something to change, a change of pace, a change of scenery, or to live some sort of adventure to try something new. But still, each night, probably most of the nights, I get up at three and then I'm not sleepy for quite like an hour or so. And those were the days

You. I agree. This 03:00 a.m. Clarity is unparalleled, perhaps the most enlightening time of day. I find that I'm quite creative at that hour, forecasting for the week ahead, penning my thoughts, doodling my emotions, and suddenly a map of the way ahead emerges. It's quite interesting. It
You true makes one realize just how much we've moved away from our inner child, where instinct plays a lead role and the gut paves the way you react to exactly what you feel, how you feel. Instead of trying to groom yourself to tailor your reactions, I think we need to all circle back to that time and that moment. Embrace living in the moment. Be completely true to our emotions
In contrast, look at school going children sitting upright, not allowed to stir out of their seats. They must learn the Nelson cursive script so everyone has the same handwriting. They're taught a syllabus, so everyone has the same output. And this is a great way to just kill genius, right? And yes, we are not meant to be caged in this concrete jungle of our mind. This is exactly why I drive out and actually seek solace in the outdoors

You. Absolutely, absolutely. I agree with you. This is like that time period where you have all your epiphanies, your enlightening and all the best ideas that suddenly come out of nowhere, just spring out of nowhere and leave you absolutely amazed. So, yes, thank you for this podcast and thank you for your response. Have a lovely weekend. Bye
