Everything is a process to getting to where you need, getting to your goals. Everything is a process, guys. So that what you're going to do tuesday, wednesday, I want you to say no to something you know you don't have the time and energy for and you all know what it is and you keep doing it. So on that Wednesday, I want you to say no and just create space for you for rest and recharge

It's. Good morning, and thank you for that post. I will start to apply these on Monday. And, yeah, really appreciate it, everything that you laid out. And I need to get that gratitude journal started too. So I'll wake up Monday, head over to the store, find something to start writing down to start writing in and applying all seven of these.
