I will be giving you some ways on how to ground yourself for a happier calmer you. So the first grounding technique you can do is, is first you can do is take your shoes off and I want you to walk bare feet in the ground like in the grass

Love this. I've been doing a lot of barefoot walking again lately, and it feels so freaking good. I always forget what a difference it makes, but I think doing it consistently can be amazing. So thanks for sharing these practices. I've also been getting in the ocean every day, which has been incredible and so healing. But yeah, thanks. As always. Good to hear from you

After I walked around my whole yard around the second time, I felt instant relief. It's amazing. So, yeah, I still ground myself. I still do these, like, water too. When I'm stressed, I go round in there and hop in that shower, let that water run, and it's just refreshing. It's just therapeutic to me. So, yeah. I'm glad you liked this content.
