Well, so the first thing I do when I'm under a lot of stress and pressure, whether it's work or home or whatever, I get up and I stretch. Usually when you're under a lot of stress, you're like tense. So just stretching and getting up and just walking helps release some of that pint up energy. Like I said, you can always give yourself a simple back shoulder massage just to unwind
