So yeah, guys, these are just a couple of ideas that help in a positive way to self soothe. Soothe. I hope I'm saying it right, guys. And then another thing, like I always say, guys, make sure you journal. You know, journal. Write down your, you know, your thoughts, your feelings, your emotional, your emotions. Like journaling is, you know, good for you. It helps your positive mindset, habits

I feel like you always just have so many different ideas us to offer and it really is fun and enjoyable to listen to them and be like, oh, yeah, I haven't thought of that one or haven't done that in a while, or whatever it is. So thank you so much for sharing. I am lying under a cozy, fuzzy blanket as we speak because I wanted some self soothing and I put the heater on

Thank you so much, Marley, for the support. Like yeah, I just like to come up with ways on, you know, just doing certain things. Like, it's a lot of ways that you can do fun things that not going to cost you a whole lot to just keep the peace within yourself and to spread to others. It's priceless. I like to also have my little cozy socks and my tea, my caramel tea, and just watch black and white movies, western movies
