Daily Meditation: Letting Go

article image placeholderUploaded by @blairbearing
Whether it is for good or bad, love or sorrow, it happens. It helps to remember that all experiences contribute to our growth and wholeness. No experience will be ignored by the inner self who is charting our course. All are parts of the journey. And every moment has a gentle end. But no moment is forgotten. Now the little mantra my journey today is akin to yesterday's journey, and tomorrow's too. I will savor each moment and be ready for the next

about love and anger.

It presents a desire to be on the same page and to learn and to grow. Right. But I think that that's where half are, maybe. I wouldn't say because it's not even like a recruit, because it literally gets to a point where people just are drawn to you

Right before they crash, you try to save them. It's a technique. It's a technique that they use in the Marine. I've used it in class. I've used it burn, build, burn. And it's almost like, if you're serious, you get taken to the edge and you're almost dropped off and it's hella high water, right? And you submit or you fail, right? Because that's your free, Willie

I think, though, based on my principles, like love and anger, I think that ultimately what it comes down to is like every time that we go into a death, you and I, and we make a decision to invest in another person coming in and helping us, done. I'm setting it back, literally. I'm going to count, and I'm going to count each day

And then we experience this deep, deep love and we may have to find our way out again. But here we are discussing it. We have an idea of what the other one is going to feel and think and we're able to sort of get in front of it. And I think that love is like this light. It shines a light on all the possibilities whereas the storm washes you free of the possibility and leaves you nothing but raw exposed nerve

Wow. First and foremost, thank you for listening and responding. I'm going to try to do a synopsis of what I think was going on. So one moment. Okay, so first things first. I heard something about someone wanting to do a podcast. I also heard said person illustrate the type of control that they wanted over said podcast. More importantly, control over whose energy they were around, the type of vibration, et cetera, et cetera. And that's all 100%

And then you work your way out of that anger to a place of passionate love and affection for the person, and you become stronger. And I was just commenting on the transition from love to anger back to love as a necessary path that one takes. And that is what I was talking about, is like letting go of the love to the anger and letting go of the anger to return to the love

Um good morning. It's 04:00 a.m. And I'm here at work in a locker room with a cup of tea. My head is killing me, and I have and I can't even there's just so much that I'm dealing with right now. There's a lot. However, listening to what I just listened to took a tremendous load off of my shoulders. And I'm going to say thank you. Thank you. Thank you very much. Thank you for that meditation and those words
