Evening Meditation May 7 | One often learns more from ten days of agony than from ten years of contentment.-Merle Shain

It invites us to rely on many resources, particularly those within. We develop our character while handling painful times. Pain offers wisdom. It prepares us to help other women whose experiences repeat our own. Our own. Pain offers us the stories that help another who is lost and needs our guidance. When we reflect on our past for a moment, we will recall the pain we felt last month or last year, the pain of a lost love, or the pain of no job and many bills

Hey hey i missed ya

But unfortunately, that's the reality of life. So I spent a lot of time redirecting my thoughts, even when I'm in a triggered stage. I believe around this time last year, I was definitely still at ups and working overnight. But I think, as you can recall, if you do, I have moments where I had an ex best friend situation. I was going through things, you know, while putting myself through school

And even then, like, I try to stay calm, cool, and collected as long as possible. That's just my demeanor and character, and it has been for a long time. But that's not. That's not everybody's character and everybody's demeanor. And when you're triggered, you're triggered. And some people's emotional responses are bigger than others. I'm not, you know, that's just the reality of life

Be kind to yourself, breezy. Stay away from the people who trigger you. And when you are triggered, try to figure out if you are reacting to the moment or reacting to something else, obviously, in the middle of an emotional response. That's not always easy. Dang near impossible sometimes. But after the fact, when you're able to process your emotions, just try to remember that. Just try to remember if. And also for you, if you think the other person, too
