And when you keep doing that consistently for a long enough time, chances are you might lose that which makes you you because everything about you is about what the others want to do or others are trying to do. When you look at things with Hype, when you look at trending topics, when you look at the popular stuff and you just try to create that because if I react to the popular stuff, chances are I might be popular too

So I'm having to learn to strike that balance of creating something for me that speaks to me, but speaks to an audience like me. And so listening to this, this is inspiring that I know I need to keep focusing on building who my market, my audience is, and creating out of what I know I would like to see, putting it out there to others who I think are like minded

Just recapping that to the point now where I say, no, this is the content I'm going to post for today. This is what I want to talk about and this is the time that I have available to post it. Who sees it will see it, because I am not posting for the sake of gaining followers or becoming viral. I am posting with the faith and the call to the universe that the person who really needs that message today is going to come across that message today

The thing is, I learned as an entrepreneur before doing getting into my art and creativity side, I was doing something else. And you do have to wear all the hats, unfortunately. But yeah, when it comes to are we painting with Shell Green? Are we doing the same cookie cutter process? You're right. It's like every time there's a new trend that will you see somebody, quote unquote, winning. Right

And then the second response is that of what I could term as passive agreement, right? Where you agree with what is said but then you don't kind of agree with what was said practically. And I get it. I mean, of course I create in public, I do share things on multiple platforms and the allure of emulating just taking what someone else has created and either recreating it or taking multiple things someone else has created and curate things into one, that is something that is tempting to do

I saw it on their YouTube channel. I think they have a podcast and everything too, where they said that there are multiple types of branding that are active. There are people based brands and then there are product based brands and then there are expression based brands. And oftentimes it's a mix of these that people tend to employ with their creative expression online and offline. At the end of the day, we have to make our own portion for this, right?
