I did not like what the book is trying to say, but I can argue against these points making the book multiplicative. So I definitely recommend reading it. And yes, form your own opinion

Hey, Vinity, I love this review of yours and I'm all the more keen to get my hands on the book because this is a book that I came across a couple of times in discussions in my writerly groups and many of them were raving about it. They said great things about it, about Tao

Woohoo. So from a fighting angle, I think there's a lot to learn from this book. Specifically with how she uses Sharp Khan and his history interperso intersperses it with the entire socioeconomic and even cultural change that India has gone through from 1980s to maybe right now. And the use of Sharukhan is impeccable to contextualize things in different socioeconomic backgrounds from writing just the writing alone. I think there's a lot to learn for us as readers and budding authors. I think you'll definitely enjoy this book
