Mindset: TO BE OR NOT TO BE?
It's about the pace. So if I'm sprinting the whole time, of course I'm going to have to stop. But if I take my time with my workouts, I can last longer. Therefore, burn more calories, burn more fat. Same with my eating. That trickled on to my eating when I was on the left, the voice on the left said, hey, man, eat these four cheeseburgers. I say you right, man. Tastes good
