Don’t Argue

article image placeholderUploaded by @AntiBullying101
It's extremely important that everyone be aware of their activities and behavior. Arguing with a bully only makes them believe that they are wiser than what they really are. More importantly, though, it vexes our emotions and spirit. And believe it or not, it can create such negativity that it will impact how we deal with other students and, at times, our personal life. Don't let this kid ruin your day. You know who's right and who's wrong. Don't rise to the bait

Hey, James, it's Jack here. I just stumbled across your swell and thought I would just acknowledge it and appreciate you. I think I've come across a few of your swells before, and I never really experienced as a child severe bullying. I think everyone experienced bullying in some way or form, but I think it's really important what you're doing

And I ended up writing the course, which is taught at two different colleges called The Bulletproof Classroom, to create greater awareness about this problem and what you can do at your own level to try and put an end to it. Once again, thanks a bunch. For the feedback, visit the website bullyproofclassroom.com. Check us out also on Spotify. I have a whole, much larger podcast there called Once Again Antibullying 101. Thanks, Jack. Enjoy the holidays. Take care
