But the most important thing to build muscle is actually what you eat and how you eat. What you do in the gym is about 30%. What you do at home in the kitchen, and you put in your mouth is about 70%. Now, lots of Indians, particularly based on their religion, eat a lot of carbohydrates, particularly if you're Hindu and you don't eat much meat
