This is a sentence I've heard being told quite a lot of times. So whenever I see a person on the road or in a cafe, or when I share a ride with them on public transport, I find myself asking, what war is waging inside this person? Whenever someone mistreats me or a stranger behaves rudely with me, somewhere under the anger I feel towards them, a question floats. Are they suffering too?
