On Kdramas P, it is basically the love story of a soldier and a doctor. It shows the difficulties of their individual works and how, despite all the differences, they fall in love with each other. There is literally a dialogue where the female lead says something like, you're a soldier and your duty is to kill in order to save others. But I'm a doctor and my duty is to save everyone, no matter who they are. So we cannot be together
