Has Teamwork Ever Failed You?

article image placeholderUploaded by @belle
The moral of this story is that it is not a story. It has happened to me quite a lot of times. Therefore I know it like a lesson I had to learn the hard way, and the lesson is that the only person I can control is myself. If you haven't yet faced a situation where you have to be responsible for a group full of people, you may someday. So prepare yourself for that. Remember to always give your best

I've faced a lot of situations. Yeah. I really agree with you. We really can't, you know, control others. It's just us. We can control. Even if we try to control others, it will end up being wrong, right? Yeah, I think that was the case because I know even I found that out the hardware. I can understand what you are saying. Yeah, that's what it is. Thank you for posting something like this

I just gave the group project so your work is a little less hectic. I was about to say that no my work Das got more hectic. I would have done all this by myself and would not have any problem but right now I was really struggling a lot so he just said don't worry you have worked really well and I'm definitely going to grade you good

I cannot count on my fingers the number of times I've decided I had decided to walk out of a presentation because I did not have it in me to handle the team because none of them were listening to me. So, yeah, I understand the frustration. I understand. And as I said in this episode, the people are grown, all right? We don't have it enough to take responsibility for grown children. Grown people, not even children. They're grown, even teenagers anymore

I agree. Like teamwork is difficult but also very important at the same time in today's world you have to learn how to work with others completely and you have to just like you said, you can't control other people's minds, you can't control what they want to do or their actions are which ultimately set the overall teamwork but you can decide and you can communicate with each other to get a good result at the end

Exactly, exactly my point. When you have, likeminded, people around you, you will be able to, you know, sail through your group project smoothly. You wouldn't have to beg people to give you information or partake in the project. When you have people who are responsible and who are willing to work with you, they will work with you anyway. So, yeah, that's the point
