Yeah, I definitely can relate to this. Literally, just as I'm listening to this right now, I'm, like, rubbing hemp oil on My neck. I'm like, oh, my neck is so sore. And I'm like, well, why is my neck so sore? Because I've Been, like, spending so much freaking time on my computer today, and I'm exhausted, and I probably overrode My system
Plus it was even harder with my daughter here because she had today off. And it was just like, yes, take it slow. Do what you can if you feel like doing it. If not, don't judge yourself for not completing everything you wanted to today. It's okay to reschedule and go from there, but yes, definitely. You're budget body will send you the indicators.
