And now we circle back.

But Will laughed until he saw that Jada didn't. And then he committed the most disgraceful lack of self control that we have ever seen in the history of the Academy Awards. There's something very wrong going on in that relationship. But more importantly, as the night continued and Will took the stage to receive his Oscar, he described himself as a vessel of love. You guys remember the way Jesus would slap the s*** out of people who made fun of Mary Magdalene, right?

Nailed it

I think it clearly demonstrates how much people are on edge. But the fact that he would take it upon himself, he could have verbally slapped them. He could have verbally assaulted them. He could have demanded an apologies. I mean, there's a lot of things he could have done. But anyways, I think my only point is I agree with you how much our society has changed, how much I've changed. And I don't know what role social audio plays

But on the night's biggest stage, go out of your seat and slap someone. It makes no sense. That's something that could have handled when the cameras weren't on man to man. Alas, here we are. I have to say, don't really feel that bad for him. The content is pretty hilarious. This is going to be memed to death. It already is. So I'm going to share one of my favorites from the night

I think we've all learned through our journeys through social media and even audio platforms that we probably all should have been a little more particular about who we allowed into our circle. We should have treated it more the way we treat real life. We build friendships with people who don't necessarily completely agree with us, but we share a commonality in moral codes and the world views and stuff like that

Is this where we're at??

I just don't think you can fake that. And I think it's very real. And yes, this is where we're at. And like I said, I've been asking that question way too much lately. I asked it just this past week when Clarence Thomas went into the hospital and I saw people online openly rooting for him to die. And I'm like, is that where we're at? We're rooting for Supreme Court justices to pass away to philosophy?

Hey, Taylor. Good to hear you again as well. Yeah, I guess that was what was so disturbing to me about this entire situation. And I don't want to make it be bigger than it actually is because I don't think there's anybody in Ukraine right now worrying about what happened at the Oscars last night. Right. There's obviously bigger issues in the world, but the statement about our society, we live in this moment where people can justify anything they do

@Phil

You're celebrating someone's death, but then when it's a person you don't like, it somehow feels right to these people. And that's where you do have to just take a step back sometimes and take stock of how far we have lowered the bar. Right. Because it's normalized now. It's not shocking anymore unless you're paying attention. But if you look across the ocean of social media, there's a lot of people not paying attention. There's a lot of hypocrisy
