Hello? This is Zaman. This is great to have Rushmith Trivedi here who have successfully authored many books like Woman, Everything Will be Fine, from Ashes to Dreams, The Lockdown and others. All these books are full of hope and have a message of positivity in them. So hope is defined as a feeling of expectations and desire about a result, whereas on the other hand, the despair is defined as lack of expectation and the desire about the result. And interestingly, life resolves between hope and despair

Because if you love yourself, you would yourself want to be out of that depression or whatever phase that you are in, that love that you feel for yourself will see you through. So what do we do? Do we wait for such a situation of despair to start loving ourselves? No, we start today because everything takes time. So this is something one has to teach oneself. I mean, we have to teach ourselves to love our own selves. It takes time

Good evening, everyone. Good evening, sonali. Well, I like to describe myself as a working mother who also happens to be a poet and an author. This is the sequence in which these roles came into my life. But since I am here as an author, I'd like to share my experiences about my journey. Writing happened by chance when I have wanted to write about my experiences as a working woman. My first book, Woman, Everything Would Be Fine was a memoir

So in your book, nana's journey from despair to embracing the life is a central theme in the book, right? So can you elaborate on the significance of this transformation and how did she transformed and what does it actually represents?

Hello, sonali. I feel that life is never a smooth sailing in everybody's life. There are times when things go south, when you feel that you are at the end of the rope, but you have to keep hanging and try to pull yourself up. Because I feel that even though we can't control the circumstances, we can control our reaction. Yes. I feel that happiness is a choice

Who has felt that my dream will ever come true? It's impossible. I will not be able to do it. What advice you would like to give to any person who is going through such a phase in life? Thank you and I wish you all the best Ma'am

And that is why sometimes it's better to leave things in his hand. You keep working towards your goal because you never know you want something today, but tomorrow you might end up with something better, something different. Tomorrow you might want something different. We also change with time. So whatever is the situation, you might feel that there's no hope, there is no end to your problems. But believe me, everything passes. The bad phase also passes

So, about the book, like life, hope and despair, these are the three things no we always need in our life. But at some point of time, no, we start questioning ourselves that are we capable of that part? Or can we just survive with that much hope? Or can we again do that? When we say when our life started to pointing out like, you can't do it now we again regain that support and again come back here, like, we can do it
@RashmiTrivedi

@Srijasadhukhan

Because we don't know the future. Today you feel there's no solution, tomorrow there might be. You have to just think it across. You have to keep on trying. And yes, another way to cling on to this hope and not get into the despair mode is to be positive. When you are positive, things just happen. And again, I'm not saying something out of a book. I am saying whatever I'm talking today is I'm talking through my own experience

Good evening, ma'am. I'm Cherry Gupta. So I wanted to ask you that what inspired you to write this particular yona? Like, what inspired you to write this particular book? Was it any life incident, or was it just your imagination? So how did you come up with this idea, and how did you go through the plot? You know, like, build up the plot and all?

Good evening, Cherry, and thank you for your question about this book. How did I come up this idea? See, whenever I go for, you know, discussions about my books and go to schools and colleges so I am often asked this question and my answer is always the same. See, I write on topics and, you know, issues which actually I feel from my heart

The way you motivate others to love themselves, the way you explain things, is really great. And this is a great opportunity to have you answering my question. Really? Yeah. So I'm really looking forward to your book. It is a kind of topic I also indulge myself into. Thank you very much

So this book is all about what will happen to about what will happen to Nena next. I will not answer this question, what will happen to Nena? Because you have to read this book to find out what happens to her. But the gist is that when you start valuing everything, the day she started, valueing every day, then you realize there's so much of beauty in it. When we take things for granted, we just take it. This is there. We don't value it

Hello, ma'am. I am Mayuri. I'm a law student. So my question to you is how should we set healthy boundaries and what to do if a friend or if a person we know oversteps the boundary or if they are trying to break it. And if they are trying to break the boundaries which we are setting. What should we do, ma'am?
@RashmiTrivedi

@mayurikannan

A person who does not respect your decisions, a person who does not respect your boundaries, a person who cannot understand what you're saying, does not merit to be inside your boundaries does not merit that. So you have to choose what you want. You value your boundaries, you value your principles, thought, process or you want to please others. Pleasing others is so happy. But while we try to please others, sometimes we change ourselves. We forget who we are

Well, yes, that's true. Life never stays the same. We do witness many transformative journeys and life teaches us a lot. I mean, the life experiences. So the book explores the theme of hope and despair. So, like, how do these contrasting emotions interwind in Nana's journey? And what message do you hope that readers will take away from the book? Like, what is that main crux do you want readers should take back in their hearts?
@RashmiTrivedi

Because even today, after so many years, and even though I have written this book, when I read this book, sometimes again, I reread it, feel I find myself all welled up and with tears and all because this touches me, it touches the core of my being. I feel that, wow, I am so blessed to be alive. And this is the feeling when I read this book. So you just have to read it to find it. I hope this answers your question

You'll be in that depression mode and you will continue to make mistakes. You'll continue to be in that phase of life. So the choice is yours. That is my answer

It is important to realize that as a person, you don't get what do I say? You shouldn't belittle yourself while asking or seeking help from someone, because the other person, it might turn out that he or she can guide you in a better way, and if not guide you, at least he or she will understand your situation. Try to understand and you will feel that, yes, someone is there with you. So thank you for spotlighting such an important aspect

If you live in the moment and you don't worry about the past or think about the past or worry about the future, you get to think about the present and you see that there's beauty all around you. And when you think about the beauty around you, you want to explore. And when you see, you know, get into that mode of exploring, finding out, learning, you go into a positive mode. So you're not worrying about the past. Cribbing, feeling sad?
@authorsonali

@authorsonali · 0:56
Yes, that's very true. Living in the moment living in the present allows you to explore the different phases or different experiences that your present period upholds. Rather than worrying about what happened in past I did this, I did that it wasn't right and rather than worrying about what the future holds for you how things will work, whether it will go as I have planned or it will be something different

And because especially what happens that women, if somebody does not decide to remain single does not want to get married, then it said, oh, my God, poor thing, she's alone. Why? A person is complete. A person does not need a partner to be complete. So in this book, if you read this book, you'll realize if I tell you what I'm trying to convey, I'll give spoilers. I don't want to do that

Like, it not being selfish, but a little self lover, a lover of life, like the protagonist of the story Nana does in your book. And I would really like if you could give a piece of advice to that situations which are certain to happen but are not acceptable. So what should we do, like as Nana attempted society? And what things should we do to avoid such situations which are not harmful to oneself?
@RashmiTrivedi

There is no situation for which there is no, I would say, way to tackle it. Every situation can be tackled. Even if you are faced with something as final as somebody dear one's death, let's say, what worse could happen other than somebody near and dear to you dying, leaving you? Even in that situation, if you really really understand yourself, you love yourself, you believe in yourself, you can also come out of that situation

And when we realize this, when we hit much of stress, anxiety or depression, that's when we realize that having a relationship with self, a healthy, sound and empathetic relation is so much important. So thank you so much for focusing on the very important aspect, especially in today's life, the kind of scenario that is going on around. It's very important to have this clarity

But the other books are on topics I feel very strongly about. So whatever I have written contains a message and it comes straight for my heart. I don't write a random love story or a random story to entertain. For me, writing is a form of expression. And I write to express, not to impress. This is my favorite quote. Wherever I go, I say this write to express, not to impress. When you write to express, it will come from your heart

But my question is, how do you know when to give up? How do you know that maybe we have bigger dreams waiting for us? How do you know that this part of our story has an expiration date? So maybe if this can help me discover answers along these lines, this book, I am definitely going to give it a read. Overall, this was an amazing soil to listen to and spend my afternoon on. So if something that I want is not turning out, is not happening, and then maybe I'm feeling at a loss and all that I'm in that dark face, but then I will never give up. Because I know he's out there watching out for me. He has my back. So somehow or the other, I know whatever comes, you know, whatever is in store for me is going to be better

So my question revolves around these three terms only. It is a very popular saying k jistarha achidindhi nahirahe USANA burezada taintak nahirahengi

Hi, Tanya. Thank you for your question. You very rightly said that when you are in a dark face, every moment feels like eternity, but happy times just fly. Yeah, but having said that one thing, we have to remember that when you are going through a dark face, you always have to remember that this too shall pass. In fact, you gave this answer yourself in your question, as you mentioned that we have to remember this too shall pass
