Like, my mind has to feel safe in order for me to better communicate my feelings, better communicate what's going on on the inside. This world is a really big place. And for me personally, it's like growing up, I've seen things. And like one time when I was like 16 or 17, it's like kept on seeing this dark shadow figure man standing at the foot of my bed all the time
