You take it, you don't earn it, you can't. The Bible makes this clear. The whole point in what Christ did was to give us a gift that we just have to take. So if you're not a believer, if you're not a Christian, I would ask you, talk to God. Try seriously with an open mind, an open heart. Go pray. Talk to him. Ask him to show you himself. He wants a relationship with you
