So there's one handler that only works with one elephant at a time throughout their entire life. And I found that really interesting. And I observed them over the course of two days just to see how I felt about the handling of the elephants. And I talked to the guy or the handlers for each one and it was just a really eye opening experience just to read up about why it's good for the elephants to carry a person or two on top and walk around the park with them

As cool and epic as it sounds similar to you, I just wouldn't really want to take part in something that could be harming or worsening. And, yeah, I haven't done any research myself, so it is good to hear this and know that it's possible and that it's out there. And, yeah, I'll definitely be going to bali or I'll likely be going to bali end of this year, so I'll definitely check this place out as well

It's called the Mason Elephant Lodge, and it's also a hotel, and they have a beautiful restaurant and lots of activities there to see. It's just a really beautiful place. I really recommend it. And it seems like the elephants are pretty content and they really recognize their one handler, which I found super interesting. They always are off on the same days that the handler is off, and they just spend most of their life together

Yeah, I would love that as well. And I believe that you are the one who does the group trips around the world, if I remember correctly. And you have, like, an Egypt one coming up, and I run yoga retreats around the world, so definitely similarities.
