I survived a scary situation when I...

But the nightmares that I would have about an elevator would be that exact same thing where it would get stuck in between floors. And then in my nightmares though, the elevator would either drop or start turning sideways like, you know, a carnival ride that, you know, flips you all different directions. And that's when I was just like, oh, please don't let this happen. Please don't let this happen. And I remember having to breathe through my anxiety

I ride an elevator right now where I am staying and yeah, just hearing your story and imagining that happening in the elevator would be pretty terrifying. I've jumped on an elevator before as a kid, and I've kind of stopped and beeped and like, you know, I guess, you know, didn't like the weight distribution or something, which makes sense. I was doing it to kind of freak out the person who I was with, and it ended up stopping and stalling in between floors

Thank you so much for replying. I appreciate your post. Yeah, it was very scary. It took me a while to get over elevators and every once in a while I will still have a dream. But now I have to take the elevator due to my own physical disabilities and I often think, what if that happens again? And now I'm on an elevator and I am physically disabled and would I be able to climb out of an elevator?
