In conclusion, coffee, like something in the world, has good and bad effects and depend on use. Having coffee twice or twice a day, keeping in mind to have the last cup at least nine to 10 hours before sleep is a good use. Having 16 cups of coffee distributed to one day every hour is put in to getting addicted and misusing it. Thank you. Bye

Coffee is actually my life, and this is the first thing I actually do when I wake up. Not the first thing that I need. One cup of coffee
