And the most special thing about our friendship was that on one hand, we could have the most serious, deep conversations with each other, and on the other hand, we could have the most stupid, fun conversations, conversations. And that's how we came up with the idea of Blazers and boxers. Blazers being the serious side and boxes, of course, being the fun side. So that is how we came up with this channel
@anneflorentyna

Genre of the Podcast!

Wow. That was really a wonderful answer. And you have also given an answer to half part of my following question, actually bringing the essence of your friendship into being the name of your podcast. That feels quite, very personal and or touchy. And the thing is, I feel very grateful that such kind of friendships do exist right now. And the second part of my next question, which was supposed to be is I wanted to know what went behind choosing the genre for your podcast

We've called it the Showrunners Podcast, and it's something that really interested Jay as well. So we thought of starting this, and we've invited top entrepreneurs from across the country. We've had Mr. Mitchell Shetty, who is a crypto expert, the founder of WazirX. We've also had Mr. Suviv, who is the founder of FoxyMoron. So we talked to a lot of entrepreneurs and we tried to learn from them. And the second podcast that we have is The Flip Side Podcast

So I think it's really important to have conversations about out topics like creator burnout or the impact of online hate, especially when it comes to creators are so visible because we often don't see Thade vulnerable sites, we often don't think about the kind of problems that they might experience in their position. And our second podcast, show, Runners, to me, is really interesting because a lot of my work is in the realm of organizational psychology. So applying psychology in the realm of business

Podcasting Pro Kit...!

Tell us about your podcasting pro Kit. What's in there? The one that you swear by, the one that you're dreaming to get, and if you've got something which hasn't been put of any use

So in terms of our pro kit, of course, the first thing we're discussing is the microphones. So the first microphone we invested in was a Lewis 440, which is an excellent microphone. However, since we've been having most of our podcasts on Zoom, we've instead invested in lapel mics because we found that it's more convenient. So Road has these amazing wireless lapel mics called Wireless Go to

We also have a video version of our podcast, so we have a few things in our Pro kit tied to video recording. We use a Ring Light by the company DigiTech. That's an excellent Ring Light for Tripods. For our camera we use use the one by Amazon Basics when it comes to editing both the video versions and the audio versions. For the video version we use Adobe Premiere Pro and for sound editing we use Logic X and also audacity

Please do share it link or the description while you give a reply to this question and what do you do to make your content interesting

Through either five photos or videos, we try and encapsulate their entire life journey. So that also makes them very emotional and it really makes the podcast work

Inspiration and dream guest...!

Karan, I think you have answered more than what was your favorite episode? I hope that favorite of yours has been your most memorable, most inspirational and whatnot. So thank you, Jeff, for sharing the link. Okay, moving on towards our next question. So we all have someone to be inspired by when we end up with something. So in your journey of podcasting, who has been your inspiration?
@JaiThade
Jai Thade
@JaiThade · 0:15
I think in terms of inspiration, Joe Rogan and his podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience, of course, has been a source of inspiration. And Tim Ferriss has been another inspiration of us, both because of his podcast as well as his books
@karanchugh

So we actually have three dream guests. Mr. Nabal Ravikant would be the first one. I think he's one of the brightest entrepreneurs that I have come across through his videos. And the second, as a musician myself, someone I really, really we admire is ustadzakirusen. So it would be an absolute delight to have a conversation with him. And our third dream guest would be Mr. Kunal Shah. He's the founder of Credit, again, another very bright entrepreneur. So these are our dream guests
@anneflorentyna

Tip for aspiring creators!

Thank you so much, Jai. And thank you, Karan, for sharing that. Now we are going to have the last question from my side, and that is going to be on behalf of all the creators, what is your motto on your tough days? And what tips would you like to share with aspiring artists and podcasters
@JaiThade
Jai Thade
@JaiThade · 0:41
I think the first thing I would say is that podcasts should focus on the content first. I think people often get tied up in the equipment and production value, but it's always content that comes first. Equipment, production value, all of that comes later. I guess the second tip would be to stick to it. You won't be great in the beginning
@anneflorentyna

Thank you and much love💜...!

Thanks a lot, guys. This interview felt more like a conversation because of you. I wish you both all the best, and I can't wait to have you back on my swell cast again. Now you, my dear listener, go ahead and pop in your questions. Our guests are kind enough to ask whatever you have got to ask. I hope you enjoyed the interview and if you're inspired to share it around until next time, take care
