And I do wonder, because you mentioned 27 emotions, there's also a lot of scientific talk about our senses and about us having we think of our five senses, but in reality, it's kind of a debatable between somewhere between, like, 22 to 33 senses when it comes to how our body and mind perceive experiences. So I think the fact that we just have this sort of wide sort of landscape of not only the things that we can feel, but how we can feel

And the point is we shouldn't debate our emotions, but rather let them come and go as they are and welcome them as guests and not think a lot about it, or not spoil our mood and our relationship with different people because of overwhelming emotions. And try to understand that at the end of the day, we are tied together by these emotions and not to base our entire lives around it, and not to be angry or spoil a relationship or take a lot of pressure on these emotions

Hi Anisha, this well is really amazing. Energize your emotions. And I do agree, emotions play a very crucial role in your life. The moment you're overwhelmed with emotions, sometimes you feel like you are depressed, sometimes you feel like no one is there to listen to you. And all these thoughts come in mind because of their emotions
