So they are just scrolling on Instagram or Facebook or any other platform. So they are just scrolling and they are just scrolling for no reason, for vague reasons. Like they are on social media but they are not doing anything productive, like they are there but they are doing scrolling endlessly and they want new content which is a very bad thing. So I think this is a very important thing

I think it's our responsibility to not do doom scrolling. I think if we start rewarding ourselves from producing this program link, it may help and also it will increase a potential of increasing our focus spam
