But if you've got somebody that doesn't really know how to locate veins, if you've got somebody that's fresh out of nursing school or something, then, yeah, you might have a difficult experience. I do have two stories. One, I went to be allergy tested, and they had to take blood, and she did not wait for the blood to stop before sending me out of there

And she's so much better about it than her sister. Her sister is the biggest baby. And she'd be like, mom, are you going to hold my hand? I'll be like, you are 16 years old. No, I'm not going to hold your hand, but you got to hold my hand. I'm not doing it unless you hold my hand. And I'm like, oh, my gosh. Such a big baby

If they say yeah, then I'm good with them doing my blood work. If they say no, I'm like, can you just go find somebody else? Please come in and do it. And I tell them it ain't no offense to you. I just would prefer somebody else. But yeah, I'm not afraid of needles. That's my only issue is be that and I don't know what it is about them pushing it in. I don't know what that is

And afterwards I told him, I don't feel good. And he says, don't worry, I have the antidote right there. And he pointed at this gigantic needle that was probably four inches long attached to a gigantic syringe that looked like it would definitely kill me. And I just told him, oh, I feel okay now. Thank you very much. Thanks for the funny story. Bye

Hey, and good evening. We talked several times about me being a diabetic, and so I've used needles all my life, pretty much. And my children, they know needles because of me. They've seen me give my medicine. They brought my medicine to me. They see me have low blood sugars. They brought things to me to help me with that. So I'm not afraid of needles, and neither are my kids. It's normalcy in my house

Thank you to everybody who responded to this. Well, thank you. And to Keeta. And I think that was Miss Evelyn. Thank you to you, mom. My mom was a diabetic, so I watched my mom poke herself every day, sometimes twice a day. And my mom, she would poke herself in her stomach, and she would just be like, jump. And she was a nurse. Sometimes she didn't even look. She just put the needle in
