Financial Anxiety is Real

So there are ways by which you can eradicate or get rid of financial anxiety. So I thought to share with you three mindful ways. There are other ways also, I'm not saying there are no other ways, there are many other ways. But there are three mindful ways through which you can try and be at peace, at financial peace. Okay? So first, I think way is practicing gratitude. So I think a lot of people talk about gratitude

We can not avoud Financial Anxiety. I am sharing three mindful ways for getting rid of this anxiety.

Hi, Amit. That was indeed a very enlightening share. And I do agree with you when you said that you need to live in the present moment. That's very important because any kind of anxiety takes place when we start living more in the future and less in the present. So it's very important that we stay mindful, we stay focused on whatever opportunities are going to come down our way. We become more vigilant
