And I wouldn't even say just for Christians, I think it's helpful for even anyone to listen to. But what is promoted through the Christian narrative is that we're all worth our story and how it's designed and lived by understanding that, you know, that we have a God that loves you and died for you. Right?

So it's really helpful in exploring that subconscious or those little knots that you have emotionally. So I would say yeah. And it's always felt a little bit like meditation. When I can really dive into art making, it always feels like it yeah, like a meditation. That's all. Yeah. Awesome question. I'm excited to hear other people's response
