The power of your voice

But I really charge people, I encourage people to take the time to discern what that means for you. I don't want it to be a reaction out of an old pattern of devaluing or self abandoning myself. I want it to be because choosing that route is my real power. Right?

If I don't understand, I'll ask you questions and if I need something emotionally, I can communicate that to you as well. And my assumption is that you will do that for me as well. And so when I'm communicating I'm not doing as much caretaking as I once did, but as a result and I think I'm acting behaving speaking in a way that's respectful because of how I want to be treated but it's not always received that way

In one area I sort struggle in is interpersonally those people that I love, my friends, my family and when there's injustice, or not just injustice, but just a lack of fairness or an opportunity to be a better version of oneself and I don't say anything and my voice is absent from those for so many reasons

Is your voice going to just express yourself, express your own feelings, express your own thoughts? Is it going to enlighten someone? So what is the purpose of voice? What is the purpose of your voice? And that's where discernment comes in. And I really, really liked that you talked about that. So thanks for the just thanks for this topic and thanks for the opportunity to really reflect. That was really awesome. Thanks

And I think when we talk about voice, there's so many dynamics to voice. Even the technical side of expelling air from your vocal cord structure and forming shapes with your lips, everything from that to the quality of sound or gesture or nonverbals, there's so many layers to this. And I want to say there's so much compassion surrounding that and just how we all show up to it so differently. And I think you strike that in your response and that you found for yourself a personal conviction

We are allowed to have worth and validation and what we have to say. So thank you for sharing your story. Thank you for just expressing what I think a lot of us have experienced and witnessed for ourselves

And that can be the toughest thing, especially when, you know, you harness and hold this deep wisdom because you live life, because you experience contact with this world and others. And I'm so glad that you have found that and you have found your own voice. And that yeah, I think that's the running theme here

Always connect with others and reach our full potential at any place, professionally or personally. We should crank up the vocal volume to supercharge our message. We should always use our voice to state a message, to take a stand for us or for any other being, for whenever wrongdoing is going or happen. Last but not the least, if you are vocal, then always try to be the good listener first. Because loudest person in the room never learn. But the quiet and modest do

It was a voice recorder or it would be like a video or like a camcorder or a super eight camera or some shit, and they would record stuff, do these sorts of things for their family and things of that nature. I think that's when I found my voice. And I've just always been using my voice for fun and entertainment and creativity and different elements of technology and media changed and shaped my voice
