What happens after we die?

article image placeholderUploaded by @alihobson
Good morning. Swell. I wanted to bring a very controversial question up today, and that is what do you believe? What what happens after we die? Question does not have to be morbid, but I'm sure we've all thought about it before. This question always resonates with me whenever I lose a loved one or someone close to me. And it's just one of those unanswerable questions about our existence

Okay, Ali, I'll go for this. I think I have a lot of complex ideas about this. I guess the first one is I don't think that our existence is just gone. I do. We believe that there's something that lives on, whether it's a spirit, collective unconscious, something like there's some remnants of what was like there's something that we can't physically see anymore, obviously

So I definitely agree with Steve how something definitely lives on after you die. Like it may not be a physical form of yourself, but I feel like there has to be a soul or something in there. There. I feel like I've read studies or not a study or pike. There's been something I read where people have been weighed right before and after death and there's pike a certain weight of something that's removed after

@Dee94 my exact thoughts @alihobson

But it seems like the study or experiment, if you will, concluded that they sold weight just 21 grams. I'm not sure what I believe in. I'm leaning more towards there is something after death. I do believe they said that after you stop breathing or an organ fails or something like that, brain is still active for up to three minutes after you either blackout or in Oregon fail. So there's still brain functioning happening after three minutes

And there's also what you're talking about, that three minutes of brain function after someone dies. I've heard someone many stories about people having near death experiences and coming back, which I think is so interesting

So you go through when you're born to when you die, and when you Dee, you basically go back to the beginning of your time loop when you were born, and you keep on doing it over and over and over again, and that's why you get little moments of deja vu

Hey, Gabie, I love that theory. I just think, yeah, there's so many different possibilities. They're endless. And that's why I love this topic. And just any topics about life in general. It's just so interesting. And you can really take your mind to these really creative places of why are we here? What happens later, what happened before? And it's really interesting. So thanks for sharing. Bye

Where do we go when we die?

So you're like, you are one thing, but only for a certain amount of time, and then you're not that thing anymore. And this is kind of like a separate poll of death, and then you come back to something completely different. I don't necessarily believe the same things as pike kind of Christian ideology and Catholic ideology. I don't think that I would ever believe or want to be my own being forever
